If you're the type that receives many hundreds of emails, and you utilize your email application's "sync" option, that is - the email is left on the server and you receive a copy of it - fair warning:
Every time you log into the server, the server is forces to redownload the ENTIRE email catalogue, which can put a strain on the server and cause it to automatically log you out.
Please be prudent when storing emails on the server.
