Please ensure you use FULLNAMEs when configuring your email software to access the server.
There is a known exploit with PLESK which allows spammers to spoof email addresses if SHORTNAMES are used for logging into the email server.
For example, you set your ACCOUNT settings to john.smith to access your email.
Please ensure you use FULLNAME which includes the entire email address to configure the login portion of your email:
john.smith@myemail.com
Otherwise, you will not be able to receive email. Thank you for assisting us in keeping the server secure.
